Outsourcing means to farm
work out to an outside provider. All businesses experience times or situations when
additional help is needed. Often, it just doesn't make sense to add extra staff.
Occasionally, temporary help is brought in, but this can be an expensive solution
(consider just training time, for example). Outsourcing to a qualified freelance secretary
or virtual assistant means you only pay for the services and time you need. In other
words, no additional payroll/benefit expense, no training, no need to provide office space
or equipment.

Anyway?
You may have heard the
terms "virtual assistant" or "virtual office" and wondered exactly
what they meant. In a nutshell, a virtual assistant is a skilled off-site office
professional. Virtual assistants are self-employed contractors, or freelancers. A
virtual assistant works remotely, but is as close as your keyboard, mouse, phone, fax
machine hence the term "virtual." We might as well be in the office next
door to you (but we're not).

How Much Will It Cost?
Less than you might
think. Generally we charge by the hour, but we do extend discounts for retainer

How Do I Know You'll Go
a Good Job?
Our reputation is on the
line when we accept any client's work. Because of that, we won't agree to take on any
project we don't have the skills or available time to handle. But don't take our word on
